The Galleries of Dupont Circle will hold an Art Walk and Food Tasting from 1 to 4 pm on Sunday, May 1. Dupont Circle is home to the largest concentration of art galleries in the metropolitan area. This event builds on the very popular "First Fridays" programs in which the galleries extend their evening hours on the first Friday of each month.

This annual street party near the Smithsonian Metro station is a great stickering opportunity. We'll be outside the gate unless volunteers want to pay $35 for a ticket: a portion of the proceeds go to the National Kidney Foundation.

The 30th annual Capital Pride festival is the fourth largest gay pride festival in the country, attracting some 200,000 participants. Smokefree DC will again be sharing a booth with the National Coalition for LGBT Health at the culminating street festival of the week-long series of events. 11 AM to 7:30 PM.
